Our team of professional and knowledgeable staff will help and guide you through the entire process of Hospice Care. Our medical professionals and caregivers are here to provide the support, comfort, and peace of mind for the patient and the family. We make sure that the patients get their prescription medications and medical equipment delivered to them on time, all the time. In addition, our nurses will be available to provide ongoing support and care with just one phone call away.

Our Medical Social Workers and Bereavement Coordinators make themselves available for the patient and the family in the process of Hospice Care, and after the passing of the patient.  They offer the necessary tools and support needed to ensure that families do not lack any resources and assist in providing a smooth grieving process. Some of the resources they provide; but are not limited to, include assistance in Meal Delivery Programs, Medical Transportation, House Cleaning Services, In Home Support Services, Counseling, Funeral Arrangements etc.

NUERA Hospice also provides referral services and placement to assist families in finding the most suitable living for their loved ones. We offer various placement options ranging from Residential Care Facilities, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Memory Care and Retirement Communities. These placements are offered at NO-COST to the family. It is our duty to assist our patients and families every step of the way in finding the perfect place to meet their care needs. Assuring comfort in every process by eliminating any difficulties families may have when it comes to placement.  In addition, providing a peace of mind to the families that their loved ones are in the safest and best communities. NUERA Hospice continuously visits and checks on these communities assuring they provide the highest standards and excellent quality of care.
